All decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of any settlement proposal are made solely and independently by the relevant road traffic authority. GetRelief has no influence over, and makes no representations about, the likelihood or terms of any such decision.

Submitting an application through GetRelief does not pause, suspend, or reduce your legal obligation to pay outstanding vehicle licence fees or penalties. Fees that are not accepted under a settlement proposal remain due and payable in full. Continued non-payment may result in consequences under applicable law.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the outstanding amounts stated in your application are accurate. Submitting false or misleading information may constitute an offence and will result in your application being rejected.
